Several years ago three Cowichan Valley Anglican Churches joined forces and successfully sponsored the Abo Aeta family . This family is now more established and working hard to lift Subhia's brother and family from his untenable living situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Efforts begun by another group before the pandemic were thwarted and the situation continues to worsen, politically and socially. Subhia and Samer Abu Aeta appreciate the friendship and support shown them through the years and hope that you'll support their endeavors to reunite their families and help each other here in safety.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and dinner will start at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets are $35 each and are available for purchase from the parish office OR Volume One Book Store AND after Sunday Services.
